Free, no obligation estimates – Based on your preference, Olympia can do a Virtual Survey using your smart phone that records all of the items you’ll be moving to your new home. We’ll base our estimate off of the items recorded in the survey. If you choose, you can share the same recording with your insurance agent to help with your homeowner’s insurance policy. If you prefer to do an in-home estimate, one of our expert move consultants will be happy to meet you at your home and do an in-person survey.

Moving boxes and supplies – If you decide to purchase moving supplies from Olympia, we’ll be happy to deliver them to your home at no-charge. Our boxes are professional grade and ensure that your household items are better protected than those purchased from hardware and home improvement stores.

Dedicated Relocation Coordinator – Your Olympia Relocation Coordinator will walk you through every aspect of your move, answer questions and ensure everything stays on-track.

Olympia Move Portal – Log into your personal portal to review your estimates, select your valuation thresholds and reference your paperwork whenever you need it.

Local or INTRAstate moves –

• Applies to clients moving within the state of Texas
• $50 discount off the cost of purchasing FRVP (Minimum $25,000 of value/$250 deductible)
• Free Decluttering program – Once a move has been booked with Olympia, clients can store up to two storage vaults worth of household goods (Approximately 2,000 pounds) for up to 90 days at no charge (pickup and delivery charges apply). Storage beyond 90 days will be charged at current rates.

INTERstate Moves –

• Applies to clients leaving Texas, or coming into the state. Through our network (we’re an INTERstate agent for Wheaton World Wide Moving) we can book moves from almost any origin.
• Up to $75,000 of free Full Replacement Value Protection (FRVP). This would cover a shipment weighing up to 12,500 pounds with a $0 deductible. If the client needs coverage beyond $75,000 of value, we can sell them more coverage at .85 cents per $100 of value.
• Claims settlement guarantee. If a client files a claim for a lost or damaged item, Wheaton will make a settlement offer in 30 days or less. For every day after 30 days that a settlement isn’t offered, the client will receive $25.
• Delay guarantee of up to $150 per day. If we deliver outside of the agreed up on delivery spread, the client will receive up to $150 per day up to the amount of the discounted linehaul.
