Day in the Life: Customer Service

Customer Service

Customer Service at Olympia is fast-paced and crucial to the relocation process. Every day you are communicating with clients and teammates to deliver an exceptional relocation experience to our clients. This starts from the time of answering the first phone call to coordinating everything for the move to when the crew leaves for the job and after the move has been completed. You will be working with clients every step of the way.

On a daily basis you will:

    • Perform relationship-oriented communication with clients via phone and email
    • Ensure the details of a move are complete
    • Manage client data
    • Ensure customer understands the move process
    • Work with sales, operations, and accounting departments as an internal advocate
