Working the Leads Box

The leads box is an email inbox we use to manage in-house sales. All of our online requests for estimates go to that email address. Learn how to correctly reach out to all leads and use this inbox in conjunction with Moveware.  Remember that your quiz results will be sent directly to HR upon completion of this module. Make sure to pay attention and re-watch if you need to.
