Housing to Home, in conjunction with our relocation partner, Olympia , will do everything within our power to preclude any damage to your property during your upcoming relocation. This said, accidents do happen, and we want to make sure that you are fully apprised of the available coverage options.
Full Replacement Value Protection is Advised
By default, and at no additional cost, your property is protected at 60 cents per pound per article. This means that, should an item weighing 10lbs. sustain damage during the relocation process, the moving company’s liability would be limited to $6. If this is your preferred option, then no further action is required at this time.
Should you wish to secure additional coverage for your relocation, we are offering Full Value Protection coverage up to $3,000 with a $150 deductible that is available for a premium of $75. This $75 premium is not covered by Housing to Home and must be procured by each individual tenant. Additional details concerning Olympia’s valuation options are available here.
To purchase additional coverage, please fill out the below form. An invoice will then be sent out to the email address provided along with a payment link. Please note that coverage must be purchased in advance of your relocation.
