Being able to stop the bad weather–ha ha ha! Oh wait, only God could do that & for whatever reason didn’t. But He knows best, & still got us to our destination safely–both the guys & the truck as well as my daughter & me. Moving in a snow storm–I don’t recommend that, but if it happens–these are the guys to have it done! Again, great job!”

A very long interstate move that included storage for a month.
All my dealings with Ryan and Candy were fantastic!! Ryan was great in getting back to me via email with all my questions answered.
The driver who delivered the furniture was also great…took care of the floor and very professional and kept in touch with me about the delivery date.
The only thing that was not 100% was the packing and the packers. They initially forgot 3 cabinets in the kitchen and other items and the pictures were not packed with enough paper. Overall would definitely recommend for interstate move!.”

“Our driver/mover Calin Moldova provided excellent, efficient service. He arrived on time and packed/moved everything as quickly as possible. Upon arrival, he continued his excellent level of service. Also, Amy Grant, our moving coordinator, was prompt with replies to questions about the move, which I think is the hallmark of any good moving coordinator. Unfortunately, one serious mishap happened with our move due to no fault of Calin or anyone at the moving company. As we were moving from NYC, the moving company was to have a local worker join as a the second member of the moving team for the move-out day. Shockingly, the local worker did not show up at all or even pick up the phone to explain himself! Calin had to complete the entire move by himself. This, of course, did not reflect poorly on Olympia Moving at all. However, Olympia and Wheaton should very seriously reconsider the relationship with whatever local company/agency is being used in NYC. It is obviously an unprofessional organization and it was disappointing to see the unexplained absence of a second moving crew member. They should be held accountable for this no-show problem because it is unacceptable as a customer to be told that a mover decided not to show up on a move scheduled for the last day of a lease, which means the move cannot even be postponed. Otherwise, it was a good moving experience and I would recommend this moving company to everyone I know.

Not to mention the quarter-ton concrete fireplace surround and the closet sized antique armoire! Everything was packaged carefully. They all work together really well.
